im pretty sure its just protocol. they essnetially need to pretend like nothing is going on because they're gonna have to kick it into full gear when the time comes. man i really hope they work their shit out

agreed, but the longer they take to decide this, the worse it is for teams like mine that just got a new coach and are implementing a brand new system. this lockout needs to end tonight
