Did Nick sound THAT good at 311 Day???
Judging by all of the clips that are up on YouTube, the guy sounds like he found his voice again, at least for one night.

is that like a joke? that doesnt mean shit...many of us, im positive, love 311 more than any of you ever will...not everyone can just do a trip like that in the middle of college/working/etc..FreeRayLiotta wrote:yeah, for the first time in a long ass time, i didnt feel like he was up there putting on an act.

so, no
We spend our lives learning,
if you like learning, life is large,
it could never be only the ups,
and the downs will always come around, yeah yeah,
like a drive through Estes park you savor the sun,
but when the clouds come make animals...

I was lucky enough to have spring break fall the week before 311 Day, so I had to haul ass back to Jersey after the show. It would have been ideal if my break was this week but meh. If 311 Day feel inbetween 2 weeks of school, it would have been hard to make the trip (or atleast have my buddy come with me to keep me company in the car). So people have their reasons for not being able to go. My tax refund came in time for me to have some cash for gas, hotel, and the tickets!
Doesn't make them any less of a fan though.

hahaha. all good folks. but as far as i am concerned.. when 311 day is coming.. you plan for that shit and save money and do what you gotta do to be there.
i was in high school and didnt have the means to go to the first one in 2000, but after seeing the 47 song setlist, i knew i would never miss another one, and i haven't.
money and logisitcs is bullshit if its something you really care about. theres no 311day when your dead.

i didnt go.
i tried. I startegized my team and we synchronized our watches. the tix had just been pit on sale. I was in charge of hotel, my buddy Damo was in charge of drivin, navigation and that BS. and our last friend, lets call him 'Dushar', was in charge of buyin the tix (because he was the one with enough dough on his bank card). when i was booking the hotel, i read on here that the tickets were sold out. so i called up my buddy who was in charge of buying the tickets and asked him when he oreded them. he said oh yea ill do it now. sweet. so i swore at him for awhile. i was so pissed that i decided not to even look in the 311day section here.

those would actually be towards the bottom of my list.. i usually have to be in a certain mood to listen to themElement wrote:you put two nofx albums on your top 10.
there is only two songs worth listening to on punk in drublic, perfect government and the brews. the rest is cheesy.
main ones would be mephiskapheles, deftones, cage, pink floyd, sublime
