311 belt buckle

hey. big ups to Joan for sending me a new belt buckle. i e-mailed her telling her how i had bought one last year and used it one time and it broke. she took my info and sent me a new one free of charge. i even offered to ship her the old one and she never asked for it. very cool. just wanted to share that with ya......311 is the best!

I have one that broke also. The little ball that holds the belt loop broke off.

that's how mine broke....the ball fell off the first time i used it. i was reall impressed that they replaced it hassle free.....

dude.....mine did that. all you have to do is go to the store and buy a small tube of "liquid nail" and put just a tiny dab of that shit behind the emblem and stick it back on....it will NEVER come off!
