had 2 311 wristband on in atl... not sure if he always does this or not... (first time i noticed it).. but its pretty ridiculous either way.. maybe he should put on a music or soundsystem t-shirt.

If I were Nick I'd wear a 311 shirt every night! Ok, maybe not every night, but there's nothing wrong with that man. Who else better to wear the gear that the band themselves? I think it's cool!

I also don't subscribe to that BS when people say you should NEVER wear the t-shirt of the band your going to see. Ya know, "don't be that guy." Fuck that shit.....support the band!

being "that guy" is lame, though. everyone knows that you're there to see 311, you don't have to announce your fan-ness by showing off your 311 shirt. I always wear shirts for other bands when I go to large concerts because I got it like that.

Fuck that. I'm always THAT GUY. Been wearing a 311 shirt since the first time I've seen them and have been doing it ever since. It's all about finding the rarest, sickest 311 shirt you own and then flaunting it.

I actually lost one of my favorite 311 shirts when I saw them last week

It was the white shirt with the blue african-looking tiki mask three eleven shirt. I loved that one and now it belongs to some wendys parking lot in South Florida

Hey man, you can eat my ass with that jeans and sandals remark. I proudly have rocked jeans and sandals to the most rowdy of 311 shows. But yes, I do laugh at those guys, too.

To cut you "that guys" some slack, wearing a 311 shirt to a show is better than, say, wearing a Bob Marley smoking a joint shirt to a 311 show (or worse, one of those "HAY I SMOKE WEED" novelty shirts like the 'UPS:United Pot Smokers' one). "THAT guy" is even worse than "that guy".
