Soundsystem vs Universal Pulse

so a lot of people are comparing UP to SS...

I had nothing better to do so I figured I'd listen to them back to back

I'm a fan UP but guess what... it has absolutely nothing on SS. SS has muuuuuuch better flow it's so smooth. There is so much going on (scratches, sound effects, background noises).

So does anyone feel UP is as good or even similar to SS? I want to hear your thoughts por favor.

It's not nearly as good as, it's just got small similarities like the way the instruments sound on certain songs. I can't explain why...pretty much just the guitar sound I guess. Certainly more than the last few albums anyway. I'll take anything that is even remotely similar to a masterpiece like SS lol.

I agree. UP is good but it has nothing on Soundsystem. A lot of the songs on UP sound similar.

The sad part is...I don't think he can anymore...and if he CAN he won't put in the effort

Nowhere near as good. SS dominates UP and Uplifter combined.
