Absolutely...Usually listed as a tobacco water pipe to avoid the legal shit. but we all know they are not used for tobaccy. Also why they are advertised as tobacco smoking accessories and not bongs, bubblers etc.

A lot of times people dont get high the first few times they smoke. Probably because they dont inhale right or for long enough.

For anyone who doesnt know what a roor is, its pretty much every stoners dream bong. Too bad I'll never own one, screw 200 bucks for just a bong, I'll go invest 200 bucks in glass blowing classes and make my own before I'd spend that much on one.
