this just in!! One of the things you need to become legal is to know English up to an eight grade level....yikes that rules out a shit load of people. And the process takes 5 years? not 10.
So its come to this?

5 years?wow then some people are getting fucked
but then I live in california and since timing depends on how many applications the offices have from people who want to become a citizen..eh whatever.
