To dictate how many new topics someone can start in a day? Such as with Element... if he weren't locked up in the "taiyed brodels jail", could there be a limit on how many new threads he makes? Or number of posts in a day in general? Just wondering. I think that would be a useful feature for some members...

if a limit was set on the number of threads he would start, he would just hijack other threads. ;/

I can prevent him from creating new topics, by limiting him to only replies. I'm sure Ally's right though. Still might be a good idea. Might not be necessary though, because Element threatened to destroy the whole website. If he tries to do that I'm just going to completely ban him.
