Re: Lebron James
I think Durant could be the next MJ, even though I think that comparision is silly.
His teammates need to stop being selfish.
But OKC could have a dynasty team if they were a little more disciplined. I'd fire Brooks an get Phil Jackson since he's looking to get out of retirement.

Re: Lebron James
He gave Cleveland enough time. Thier GM and Owner can go fuck themselves for not surrounding him with talent.

Re: Lebron James
Exactly it was how it was done and the circus after that. NOT ONE, NOT TWO, NOT THREE etc
This is the perfect time to rehabilitate his image because he has matured a whole lot this past season and humbled himself.

What sports you like bro?Element wrote:the older i get the less i like basketball. it's so fucking boring
Re: Lebron James
What's boring about it? The fact that you can't relate to it, or the actual substance? I think basketball is fun to watch, but I think hockey is even more fun to watch and I'm bored to death of hockey because I can't bring myself to give a shit about the players or the teams. It costs a lot more to play hockey, too. Anyone can play basketball.Element wrote:the older i get the less i like basketball. it's so fucking boring
Try watching baseball or golf. Even football is pretty boring the way the games work around the damn beer commercials.
Re: Lebron James
I've never been a fan of watching sports on TV
Watching sports in person YES
Playing YES
As far as I'm concerned sports are more about advertisements then the game. Can't bring myself to do that to myself.

Re: Lebron James
I drove to Chicago to visit a friend in Cleveland last weekend and the downtown they have this Giant Lebron Billboard worshipping him. I feel sorry for Cleveland having anothing to care about but Lebron. I went out to some bars downtown and it was lebron, lebron, lebron eh pretty depressing lol. I guess I don't get player worship. Maybe team worship but not just not just one guy.

Re: Lebron James
Lebron James is the best thing to happen to Cleveland sports in 2 decades. Not a lot of good things happen in Cleveland, but the biggest sports star in the world wants to play basketball there. Damn right they're happy. But thanks for shitting on Cleveland for being thrilled about being in the spotlight for a good reason for once. Also it's the finals, why would you expect a city in the finals to not talk about it. You're silly and your post is silly.EvenField2BeOn wrote:I drove to Chicago to visit a friend in Cleveland last weekend and the downtown they have this Giant Lebron Billboard worshipping him.
