lol if you really believe that. if that were true they wouldn't have posted that they have it (which i seriously doubt, but who cares, it comes out in like a week). it is an obvious powertrip, just like it was when the demos came out. it has absolutely nothing to do with wanting to be trustworthy.

I was just posting to defend Gunther. I didn't think he'd say anything. I wasn't going to say anything. They literally fell in my lap. I just posted the vid to offer proof come Tuesday when it streams on Myspace. These are watermarked anyway. You can hear it. It would be obvious as hell if they got out. Fuck that. Would you want to be known as the person that leaked? I realize some of you will answer yes to the latter. I'm sure someone else will before Tuesday anyway. I'm not hoarding or bragging. This is music that will be released so it's not like the demo situation at all. Yes I will be buying the DVD version of the album on June 2nd. Ask P-Nut for the album. He's had it longer than anybody. Hell Nick's got a twitter now. If you should be pissed at anybody it should be the press because a lot of them don't even like 311 and have been listening to it. As far as rating I just got it and haven't listened enough so it's hard to judge. The playing is exceptionally tight. Really big choruses. A lot of stuff that'll be good for the beach. A ton of harmonies. I'm sorry if this is vague. A lot of subtle synth stuff in the background under guitars. Some interesting time changes. It's probably going to fit right in the middle in terms of all the other albums. It'll be 5th or 6th on a lot of people's lists. (If you think about the albums that are ahead of this on the list then that's actually pretty damn good). There are going to be some haters because 311 is going somewhere else this time. It definitely took me a minute. I'm not even going to be on the internet until Tuesday. I just wanted to be clear to everyone about what's up. To anyone who is going to flame me: address your complaints to someone who gives a fuck.

cool, robah. I'm glad to know that 311 is taking this album in a different direction, and it won't be DTOM V2.0.

I'm actually more excited after reading your post. time changes, synth stuff in the background? hell yeah.

I don't really care about it leaking early. I mean... I do want it like NOW. But I can wait a week. no biggie.
