I would vote republican/3rd party if I felt there was a better republican/3rd party option or I would not vote. I don't believe in the whole "vote for the lesser of two evils". If I don't vote that means I do not believe either is suitable for the position.

i hate when people are like i wouldnt vote for either because neither of them are suitable, when it comes down to it, there will be most likely 2 candidates and you have to make the choice of who is the lesser of the two evils because if you dont, there is a chance that we will get stuck with the greater of the two evils and we saw what happend when that happended (i.e. george bush)
yeah dont not vote, just vote for nader or a similar type candidate who will never win, but if you take enough votes away from the regular candidates and tehy see, hey these people aren't not voting, they just don't want us, it works better than just not voting
Voting just to vote is dumb. Voting for someone you wouldn't want to run the country is dumb. Why would I vote for someone who I think is going to fuck up the country just a little less? It doesn't make sense to me. Ok, Bush got voted in because people voted for the lesser of two evils? Hmm there goes the voting for the lesser of two evils idea since he got voted in twice. Voting for a third party just to vote and take votes away...yeah, that helped a whole lot...again, Bush voted in twice with that method. Sure, not voting Bush still got elected twice but atleast those who didn't vote weren't choosing the lesser of two evils and weren't voting just to vote.
