I haven't looked deep into it. But, are you sure it isn't 2 years with the possibility of parole? If so, that will be a high chance he will get out on parole because of good behavior and such.

i mean i can't say too much i'm a big state's right person and if NY and NYC need to have draconian laws, so be it, but this wouldn't have been a problem many other places. it cost me $7.50 to get my concealed carry permit. that's not a typo. $7.50! god bless alabama. but yeah mandatory minimums need to go he's not in a gang, he was just protecting himself

yeah it's mad fucked up when a man who's not a criminal nor a danger to society gets locked up for 2 years of his life, when all he did wrong was not register a gun which he had no intent on using for any ill deeds. he's a dumbass for firing it off though, and that's why most idiots shouldn't have guns. he deserves a hefty fine in my opinion.

yeah it was a .40 cal glock if i remember. unless you have a seriously light and very illegal trigger on there, you dont shoot it off by grabbing it as it falls down the inside of your pants. i have one. he must have been fucking with it which is seriously dumb.
