being a cubs fan its hard for me to not be biased, but i do have to admit it was a shady move by barret. that being said, AJ is one of the most hated if not the most hated player in the leauge so it was great seeing him get punched by barret. He started it by slapping the plate (nothing wrong, but it was arrogant.) and proceeding to walk towards barret when his dugout was the other way.

the bad thing is they are(where?) friends before this happen. the catcher needs to grow some balls, you block the plate you're going to get ran into, deal with it.

In terms of what other players in the league think, I have to believe AJ is more hated. As for bonds its hard to tell, because I think a lot of players still respect him. I'm talkin more as a player being a dirty player, being cocky, and constantly running his mouth. I guess its just a matter of opinion.
