Their reviewers are obvious Xbox and COD fanbois and give every other game shitty reviews.

Its shitty sites like them that a ruining the gaming industry.
Giving casual gamer catering games 10/10s and giving games that are different, provide a new look ,play style, shity ass comments and reviews or little to no coverage.

Games these days arnt even hard or provide a challenge anymore.
Look at how the Final Fantasy series took a giant shit.
After FF9, the series became the most linear RPG i have ever seen. I thought FF13 might save the day....but no..... shattered all possible hopes for another open world FF game.

My only hope is the Elder Scrolls series.
If Skyrim goes casual i might shoot my self.

ff10 was amazing. im actually enjoying my play through of 13, but you're right in that 13 isnt anywhere near as good as 9. 10's linearity didn't really bother me cause it still had a bit of openness to it, and it also had the best battle system i've ever seen in an rpg.

look at this fall. it makes me sad. i will probably only have time for gears, rage, and skyrim. maybe over break i'll get to some AC, Zelda and there'll be some MW3 peppered in there somewhere. and i probably won't get to play any of them to a completion level like i used to. growing up is super gay.

i've honestly never played gears multiplayer and have no plans to, however if on day 1 you want to start a co op campaign i'd love to.

funny i've been considering the opposite. i just got done with couple 100 hour hard campaigns on rome total war, and i don't really want to go back, but my computer sucks.
