What a stupid "monday"!

I live in SC, heard this story this morning getting ready for work. Here's my thing....if we cant chase them on foot or in vehicles then I say they get shot if they flee. I can't chase you but a bullet sure as shit can! Talk about crime prevention!

but cops arent allowed to use that kind of force unless if they feel their life is being threatened
