2001 sucks man. 3 hours of boring. pure boring.
District 9 was pretty amazing. Peter Jackson hard at work.
As far as the non-fake looking cgi, i have but one qualm. When he picks up that pig with the Gravity gun it looks pretty fake, aside from that 1 second, the movie is crazy go nuts.
D10 can't be that good though, I mean it'll either be like ID-4 or something weak.
A. Christopher comes back with a huge fleet of ships and destroys the earth
B. Christopher comes back, with a fleet of ships and politely picks up the remaining prawn

it could have been about the aliens' struggle to free themselves and more on how cruel we were to cruel to them in experiments and other things like that.
