Bruno...

I wasnt Borat BUT it still was funny.wbrycew wrote:was the shit. It was just non-stop laughter.
Sacha really pushed it to the extreme.
Some of that shit was like wtf?
I love how he made fun of our culture.
Alot of jokes flew over peoples heads in the crowd.
Just the simple fact that he ran a UFC ring and that fights that lead to missionary postions is straight and the real way to fight?....even the fact that he rode in the smart car said hey who ever the fuck came up with the design of these is a fag. lol so many smart jokes.

"a bear came through my tent and ate my clothes and everything else except for these condoms..."
that was my favorite line
it was pretty good. not Borat, which itself wasn't Da Ali G Show, but I liked it.

Re: Bruno...
Da Ali G movie was awful. I can't believe they wrote a script and filmed that instead of just having Sacha do his improv thing like usual. Ali G is my favorite character of his, and it would've been the best movie if they had done it right.

In comparison to what? Maybe in comparison to Step Brothers or something, but not the Ali G tv show or Sacha's other movies.$lmjimy311 wrote:no way man. ali g movie was hilarious

Re: Bruno...
I thought Bruno was moderately funny, with a few scenes bordering on hilarious. It definitely was nowhere near as funny, clever, or original as Borat, though. I think if he wants his next character/movie to be good he's really going to have to go in a completely different and unpredictable direction.

Re: Bruno...
His 3 characters are all retired now. Whatever he does next will probably be something entirely different. He'll probably just start taking roles in normal scripted movies I would imagine.Jordan311 wrote:I thought Bruno was moderately funny, with a few scenes bordering on hilarious. I think that the hunting scene in Bruno was one of the craziest things he ever did. I wouldn't have been surprised if those hunters shot him. I don't think it deserves to be labeled as not as good as Borat.

Re: Bruno...
Both movies were laid out exactly the same. Other than that, it was moderately funny.
