man, i bet this is exactly what happens, it makes too much sense
first off, kate gets pregnant from that night with Jack.
that relates to things being the same on the plane such as sayid being the fugitive, hurley having the guitar case like charlie, the man saying "sorry for his loss" when jack is at the airport, locke in the coffin and the pilot who originally was supposed to flight the first plane. kate will be pregnant like claire was.
And then I think Kate and Hurley are with Widmore now. He blackmailed her with aaron and hurley maybe just for hatred of ben or getting him out of prison or something else like Libby maybe would be awesome. Thats why kate says they aren't all on the same side.
Then lastly I think when Locke turned the wheel he stopped the time traveling stuff but Jin and Daniel and Sawyer are all stuck in the Dharma time and have to get jobs to try and fit in and not be considered Hostiles.
My ultimate theory for the whole show will be they all meet back up now after those people have been there for 3 years and they all have to stop something from happening, maybe bomb related things or something and then it all ends with Locke at least one of the dead people comin back to life
