Bully: Scholarship Edition

Post by Vibe Merchant »

Is it a good game? I've been wanting to get a game that my girlfriend and i can play around with together. I'm getting tired of her falling asleep to me playing COD4 or Madden. I want an action/adventure type game that she could get into and also play. She is terrible at the x-box 360 controller, so complete shooting games are out. I was reading about Bully and i thought it looks interesting. Its not all like dragons and wizards. If not Bully, does anyone have any recommendations for the xbox 360?

didnt really like bully all too much, and i hear its not that great for the 360 (but they did patch it so who knows). crackdown is supposed to be really fun, and targets getting rid of it for like 15 now. check that out.

I bought it last night. Not that bad, definitely something i would have played a lot if i was younger. My girl just needs to learn how to think with games. You know what i mean. People like us can buy games that we know nothing about and we adapted to it and shortly figure it out. But when she plays, it is like she always forgets the controls, gameplay, and more. It just doesn't stick in her head.

which one did you buy?

if it was bully, keep an eye on the updates, i read an article on kotaku.com saying that the patch needed a patch cause it was still very buggy

I don't have to worry about letting my girl win at video games. She usually beats my ass on Guitar Hero and she's even using the controller. But halo is where I can get my revenge

Yeah, i just returned Bully to bestbuy today. It just wasn't something i see myself playing too often. Plus i got in a huge argument with my girlfriend last night because of her pathetic gaming skills. I need to stop being so uptight about how someone plays a game.
