WHA, Does Nick play Bass as well?

This Too Shall Pass was written on two bass guitars. When they used to play it live, Nick and PNut both played bass. You can hear two basses slapping together during that slap part.

in case you havent noticed... nick is a musical mastermind.

he can get funky on any instrument you throw in front of him..

but even beofre this too shall pass, he played bass until pnut showed up. he did, and will do, whatever is necessary to keep 311 blowing minds.

he is great at writing the stuff, but for example he seems uncomfortable on the drums during applied science (he's as stiff as when he is dancing)

Even though Nick is a little off on This Too Shall Pass, it sounds so badass. Chad brings it all together. They should do more double slap bass stuff.

That is one of the best comments I have heard.

And yeah I agree with that statement. It would be cool t see another combination with Nick and P-Nut do some bass collaboration.

That's what they could do for the new tour, instead of a drum solo with everybody, they give everybody a bass, now that would be different.
