I just got a 20GB Ipod and was looking at this recording accessory plug in thing. It says its for voice recordings, interviews, etc. So I don't really think it would work to well at a show, but you never know.
Or does anyone know of an attaching accessory for an Ipod that is capable of bootlegging a show that would create semi-decent sound quality?
Thanks
Anyone ever bootleg a show with an Ipod?

My friend actually recorded a local band's show and it came out alright.
EDIT - Like greenmonkey said, no use in recording a 311 show on it...since the bootlegging team will have a lossless quality available anyway. But if its like...a lesser-known band that doesnt have a strong bootlegging community yet...its worth it to start.

tho i did load it onto my 4G, wow this is amazing. it's so cool to see people still working on opensource material. unfortunately it won't support recording yet, but i tell ya, with the eas of recording with this thing i'll deff be going this route as soon as it's available. This will also clear up any ' i cant afford bootlegging' excuses for those who own iPods
