you can all thank emily for the "shitty quality" ones.. also hindering the release of any other pre-release demos... some of us are trying not to get in trouble and do what the band asks.. not "look cool"... theres a hugeass difference.

if it were soley up to me.. i'd have released them all already.. but its not.. so i'm not.. so stop talking shit

if there is already like 8 or so released, why not the rest? doesnt make sense to not release the rest. my thoughts only. cd is coming soon so its cool. no hard feelings

i don't understand this whole demo thing..
if you have them, then how are you "following the bands requests by not giving them away"... YOU AREN'T SUPPOSED TO HAVE THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE.... so don't think you're making the band happy by not sharing them.. personally i'm not gonna get on my knees and beg for them, but stop acting like nick called you up, asked you not to share them, and is gonna take you out for drinks if you don't

another thing that i don't understand is how they were obtained in the first place.. i know i know "someone hacked into nicks computer".. but don't you think nick has norton anti-virsu/personal firewall.. while they are not 100%, you would think especially after the first time someone stole his shit, that he would (and could financially afford to) protect his shit... it looks like this would have to ad happened a few times, with the progression of songs...that is....if they do exist..

which brings me to my last point.. if you aren't going to share them, why even come on here and say "oh well i have them"..

i can say stuff too, but unless i have a picture of nick with his pants around his ankles, i don't expect anyone to believe me, so basically i just wasted my time typing that, and your time for reading it (i appologize)..

all i'm saying is give the demo thing a rest.. i agree i'd love to hear the songs, but if people (1) had them, and (2) were willing to share, they would.... as far as i'm concerned, they do not exist.. and showing a screen shot of some playlist won't convince me.. hopefully others can follow my example, wait anxiously for the album to drop, and let the people who "have the demos", have them knowing that if the band wanted them to be released, everyone would haev them.. but they didn't.. and us "demo-less people" can sleep better at night being more respectable/loyal 311 fans..
