thats probably wrong, it says july 26th on a couple of different sites as well. for all i know both of those dates could be misinformed. 311 have never released the actuall date yet.

11 songs and we have to wait 2 more months?

I don't understand, becuase 311 will be on the road touring these new songs without an album for people to buy.

wasnt that how it was with evolver? i seem to remember having to download some live versions just to hear the new songs like "reconsider everything" and something else. that is so dumb

Actually, it's really smart. Having a single on the radio to promote a tour, and a tour to promote an album. The majority of Don't Treaad On Me's they sell will be right away rather than slowly over a few months.

The higher on the charts they are the more they'll be noticed.

nothin new there chief..........evolver, from chaos, soundsystem, blue, grassroots, and music all were albums that had songs debut live before studio release.............oddly nothing from transistor
