The stagehand from ETSD 1. He had a 311 Backstage pass sticker stuck to his bald head. The dude interviewing him said, "I think that's the cover of the next album" --"Fine by me." Dudley replied.

ETSD1 was taped in the aftermath of the completion of the Blue Album, hence making Transistor the album to feature Dudley's head.
