so a few friends and i got together for an hour to go over some 311 songs and this was the final outcome. it was for my friend's surprise 30th bday. he doesn't like 311 but it's a common joke among everyone-- long story short, 6 song set.. here's the few clips that were recorded (i couldn't do something like this and not share)

i never had any interest in learning 311 songs on bass because i never really saw the point; especially because slap is not my thing. but being able to do this was fun as fuck and it opened my mind a bit to playing not bad for learning songs in 3 days and practice as a band for 1 hour lol
