20th Anniversary Summer Tour...

So now that 311 day 2010 is behind us... we look forward to another 311 milestone... 20 years of rockin' and rollin'.

A decade ago, 311 marked their 10th anniversary by 3 very memorable shows that at the time were unprecedented. Three months after the first 311 day, they decided to play entire albums as a way of marking the occasion. Shows in DC, Boston and Atlanta ... Music, Blue and Music/Grassroots.

So for 2010 it makes me wonder... what are they planning this year?

Last time around, it was a total surprise... and no one really expected them to do anything after June 10th... but they did. Five years ago, I remember there being a major petition for some 15th Anniversary shows, which obviously never happened.

Personally, I would love to see them pick up where they left off a decade ago, and do ... Transistor, Soundsystem and From Chaos live...

Im sure we can expect "The Singles" tour.
Amber would be played 10 times in a row and Down would be dedicated to all the old school fans.

I can see this happening - transistor straight through is the perfect pre encore set - then come back with 5 or 6 singles/staples

soundsystem all the way through would be epic

I really hope this gets played in the Northeast, but i'm with Bryce... if they say they're playing it, i'm down for a roadtrip.
