The entire overhaul of 311.com needs some serious QA (testing). I simply can't believe they would release a website that is so buggy. Especially since the tour just started and they will have a huge increase in hits every single day. I do like the look of the new site, the old site was seriously outdated, but come on HIRE SOMEONE TO QA the site. IE 6 doesn't work, IE 7 seems to be ok. Firefox 3 does not redirect you to "www.311.com" when you simply type in 311.com. If they pay me, I will test the whole damn site!

HA HA....oh well.

New bb? I click on join community over there and it doesn't work. Jackassworld.com is the same thing and works way better and they don't have the brightest people working over there.

311.com has been dated since it's initial launch in 97 (as 311music.com). It should have been handed to a different web company a long time ago
