how 311 exists without fans? easy...they just do, they dont need fans to be 311...the fans are what defines their success though

i didnt mean it like that, i meant it as in, the fans are what made them a success, like they wouldnt be as big as they are or successful as they are if it werent for the fans.

though that can still come out wrong...you get what im trying to say right?

fool! obviously.. however they can only play till 11 45 and 311 went on at 10 15. which is thier normal hour and a half.. but fuck.. they probably cut a song or 2 that would have been played if they had all the time they needed.

I think if that's really the case, why aren't you arguing that Matisyahu shortened his set? Saying he shouldn't have gone on at all is a huge hell of a stretch. But saying man, since he started later maybe he could've dropped a couple of songs so 311 could play more. That might've been a more accepted argument.

Why play 26-28 when people leave satisfied with less? 311 should be doing a multitude of things differently, but they don't.

nix hex was great. loved the new drum solo and all the transistor songs played. i'll be here a while was a nice one, too. the outro weird guitar thing was pretty neat too.

i was actually really hoping to hear cali soca so it's kind of a bummer that they only played it during sound check. by the way-- do they let you in that early if you want to see the sound check?

ummm were you at this show? tim went absolutly nuts... on the drums it was amazing! fucking unity never sounded so good!
