It's just a ridiculous situation. My boss straight up told my manager that he was having me fired the next time I show up after 9 pm, which will be my only choice next month since I'll busy during the day. He's doing this because I'm up for a raise soon and he's a cheap bastard and doesn't want to give it to me. I've been working there longer than anyone else and I guess he doesn't feel comfortable paying a 21 year old the most money in his company. He can get away with firing me also because I have 15 write-ups and you only need 3 to get fired, so I'm not even sure why I'm not fired right now.

Luckily I know all of this in advance because me and my manager are really close.

Anyways instead of just showing up to work late next month, I'm just not going to show up at all and then the largest account we have will be dropped and my boss will lose about 30% of his income

Anways, what are the stipulations of getting unemployment checks? Do I need to be living on my own?
