So Radiohead's new album was a total fucking bust.
I remember listening to Radiohead for the first time, thankfully I didn't have a gun next to me.

I didn't even realize they had something come out after In Rainbows. I enjoyed Radiohead for a brief period but now I really only listen to them on occasion and I can only enjoy it for like ten minutes. It's just all so damn dreary and even on a song that isn't dreary all I can think is "ugh i bet there's going to be a dreary song next".

Listen to Kid A at high volumes in its entirety. There really isn't anything like it.

Totally true. When I'm in a Radiohead mood I almost always Kid A from top to bottom.poolio wrote:Listen to Kid A at high volumes in its entirety. There really isn't anything like it.

It took me a long time to get into them and then it all of the sudden clicked for me. I still remember seeing pyramid song on mtv way back when and being like wtf is this whiny nonsense. also check out:

the time signature in the pyramid song is like 3-2-3-3-2-3, kinda like a pyramid.
