l-train is great but that is just a start. get anything from their fisrt cd "jammin in vicious environments" and you will be happy. try "respect", "the craze", or "come w/cha best" if you can find 'em

i had a rock/rap/funk/go-go band in high school and we got to open for shootyz groove. i am glad they are back.

good shit. high definiton is a cd everyone should own.

but you also need Dial-7 never enough time. as far as im concerned, they are the best (second to 311) band that ever combined rock, rap and reggae... too bad they died after one record (and a second ep with new members that has moments but mostly sucks)
