8/14/2005 Columbus, Ohio w/ Reel Big Fish..FUCK FUCK FUCK

Post by rchrhds29 »

Motherfucker!!!!! God fucking dammit! I thought that 311 had never played a show with Reel Big Fish (outside of Warped Tour). Than a few minutes ago was on 311 tour history page after reading the Unity Tour 2013 dates and saw Reel Big Fish played one show with 311 on 8/14/2005 in Columbus, Ohio of all places.

I went to college in Dayton, Ohio, about an hour away from Columbus so I should have been at that show. However, I was interning in Washington, DC at the time, so I wasn't there.

Fuck, I am pissed, if it had been in like Florida or California I wouldn't give a shit, but it was an hour away from my fucking campus and 12 days later when I saw 311 in DC RBF wasn't at that date. I've been wanting to see that show FOREVER! I am such a fan of RBF and 311 if I had my way they would just tour with each other every single year.

Yeah, but Pow Wow was in Florida and was like what 10 to 15, maybe 20 bands..granted over several days, but way different it was a festival show not a regular concert, also Aaron Bennett was in the hospital so that is why RBF bailed on the Pow Wow and RBF's 2005 lineup was WAY better than their 2011 lineup, if your not familiar with RBF they lose band members like other baseball teams lose players to the Yankees. It just had to be in Ohio is what pissed me off.
