I second that! Dredg is an amazing band that I will finally get to see again next month. Not sure where you are from, but they are going on a headlining tour across the US this fall.

they're even better live plus they have an open taping policy so bring your MD recorder and mics! Hell bring your video camera, I was working on a multiangle of a show they did in lincoln 2 years ago but there were many other better angles setup

Dredg is so great! I haven't checked the tour dates yet, but I really hope they come to Atlanta. That's one of the few bands left on my list of must see live bands.

So I was able to catch Dredg in Salt Lake City a little over a week ago. All I can really say is it was simply AMAZING!!! They played a tiny little venue that has great sound. It is an old movie theater with a small 'pit' and wooden benches. The wife and I showed up just a few minutes before they went on stage because I was at the Utah/BYU football game.
What an amazing set! Every time I think about the show I get chills down the spine. My wife stated, "That concert was like a religious experience." My two favorite songs they played live were "Same Ol' Road" and "Sanzen." I wasn't even disappointed that they didn't play my favorite song "Zebraskin."
To make a long story short, I will now go out of my way to see them live. My second favorite concert of the year...first being 311 Day 2008. Yes, even more than the two other times I saw 311 this year.
