What are you guys doing after the show? Beale street...? I think Im going to give that a try but Im only 20 (and everyone im with as well) so hopefully there wont be an issue chillin down there...maybe they'll actully be straight and understand we all traveled mad far to see this show and let us party it up after =) that would be nice...either way we will be getting trashed its 311 day, national holiday...

I'm not even going to try Beale after the show (they barricade it off and check ids there from what I understand). So I am just going back to the hotel to crash so I can wake up in the morning and go to random places

all i can say is, it sounds like alot of people are ready for an invasion of 311 fans, so they may be hardcore on IDs, but some of my friends went to beale street this summer when they were underage. as long as you have an ID that makes you 21, they should let you in. dont take my word for it tho! im so fucking jealouf of all of youuuuuuuuuuu

Ill be crashing - it looks like our boys will probably throw down another 5 hour concert - in 2004 by the time it was over, I couldnt hear and all i wanted was to go to the hotel and shower and crash - when u been dancin on your feet to 311 for 5 hours and standing in line all day the damn hotel bed has never felt so soft.....

im gonna hit up beale street. it would be nice if there was an aftershow that went into the wee hours of the morning..

Its too bad there is no scene 311 is involved in. Whenever Phish played somewhere. a whole slew of bands would play aftershows to try and catch some of their crowd.

if Ballyhoo was smart they would have booked a midnight show in Memphis and handed out a ton of flyers at the show.
