I'm not scared of the rain. Especially if it's going to be in the 70s. Rain feels awesome when it's warm out. And, being drunk, it's not like you're going to get very cold anyway. It'll be a party either way, whether I'm running back and forth between bars dodging the rain or out enjoying the sunshine. The 311 vibe will be running through Memphis, and there will be good times whether you look for it or not.
