He mentioned how they'd be playing Inner Light Spectrum for a 311 fan who died recently. Anybody here know if he was referring to 311 Day, or some other day on the tour? Anybody have the background story of what happened to this guy?

It will be for 311 day. A kid who was a regular on the bb, and one of the few really nice/cool bbers, died of Meningitis so they are playing that song in his memory. I think they also said they are flying the kids family in for it too.

Nope, it's for Rob, although they might do something for Mark too just haven't said what. There was a petition asking for it to be done for Rob.

Actually, them doin things like this reminds all of us (including myself) how they really are with the fans. Yea Nick can be pissy after a show when a million people want his picture, or you can be dissapointd in a recent album, but what other bands do half of the things that these guys do for the fans? They do some things that you would never expect for a fan.
