If you've ever rolled a joint using a dollar bill, then you've probably done extremely small amounts of cocaine and not even realized it. Think about it!

i've never done it with a dollar bill before, but i have done it with a peice of paper. yes regular paper with lines on it. dont make fun. there was no other way of smoking so i rolled it up in paper. mad long ago tho. i will never do that ever again tho, it was sooooo harsh on the throat

I think he mean putting the joint in a dollar bill and roling it with your fingers to tighten it up a little, not actually smoking a dollar bill.
