heres a typical situation I ran in to today:

At a restaurant::::

Waitress: "Where's your wife?"
Me: "oh, she's out with a friend.. doing some shopping."

right?

I take that as a nothing conversation.

my wife, however, believes that this was a come-on from the waitress, who wanted to to find out if I was still married.

WTF?

Why are women so damn stupid? How can you take a simple dialog and turn it into something so rediculous????

Another situation could go like this:

Dude: "Bitch, why were you talking to that guy outside of Best Buy for like 5 minutes last night when I was checking up on you?"
Girl: "Oh, he was outside of the store trying to convince everyone to buy magazine subscriptions and we talked for a few minutes."
Dude: "He was acting like he was hitting on you though, man, I'll kick his fucking ass next time I see him"
