A friend of mine found a brand new condo, 3 levels, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, and a big living room/kitchen. $400/month utilities included. $400 security deposite required by the end of next week unless someone else gets it faster. 2 rooms left, and if I can come up with the cash one of them is mine. I toured the place and it's an amazing deal.

Fuck man, you could just pay for that yourself until you found some roommates, 400 a month is crazy for what you are describing.

$400/month/person. But yeah, it's the best deal I've ever seen for how nice the place is. Brand new place. Wood floors. Nice architecture in the stairways. Two of the bathrooms have a shower and two sinks. All of the bedrooms arel arger than any bedroom I've ever had. Not huge, but certainly huge for the price.

there are four bedrooms. .. four people. 400 x 4 = 1,200.

although that's still insanely cheep .. you can barely get a two room apartment w// one bathroon and an itty bity kitchen living room combo for 1,000 out in california.

And I just checked my finances and there's no way I can afford to do it in such short notice. Some lucky fucker is going to land that place. God damn it. haha

fuck studio apartments cuz theyre usually not worth it. for a couple hundred more you can usually get a bedroom. and it might seem cool at first but you get cabin fever pretty quick.

and that 1600 dollar condo is a steal man. when i lived in LA me and 2 other guys shared a 1 bedroom apt cuz the rent was 1300. then again, i don't know where you live or where this apt is. it might be in the fuckin boonies for a price like that.

This makes me feel good about the low low cost of living in Indianapolis. I have 2 friends who have a big apartment with two huge bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, and big living room and they only pay $800 combined. I haven't moved out yet but I'm looking forward to it.

If it wasn't out in the MN I'd be down. Sorry mang, east coast is where I'm at now, it would cost too much just to get all my shit all the way out there. It does sound like a pretty sweet deal though.

I share an apartment, 2 bedrooms, 590 per month (295 per person), all electric so we don't have a gas bill (which is terrible in Ohio during the winter, electric is so much better), a dishwasher, a washer and dryer in the apartment, and it's a beautiful aparment. We have a deck in the back, a one car garage, a beautiful kitchen, skylights in the living room, it's beautiful. In California, an apartment like that would have been 3 times as much. It is Ohio, so everything is cheaper here, but it's still a great deal. And, like I've said before, Ohio is much better than people make it out to be. I just came back from 10 weeks in California, and as nice as it was, I like where I'm at.
