my chest (maybe my lung) problem

Post by GOAT »

for maybe the past 3 years i've had chronic bad chest pains. they get to the point where it's so painful i wanna pass out or throw up... it's only the right side of my chest and i'm thinking it's my lung. i've been to the hospital 2 times in the past 3 years to get it checked out. they've performed chest x-rays and other tests on me and both times they just gave me pain killers to ease the pain, but there is/was nothing serious that they could see in the x-rays and such. well the last time i went to the doctor for it was about 2 years ago. over the past two years it has progressively gotten worse. and the reason i think it's my lung cuz my chest will tighten up and start to have sharp pains and i'll lose my breath and it's hard for me to breathe without feeling excrutiating pain. i can't bend over anymore cuz that will bring pain and that's a bitch because of my job... so i was just wondering what you guys think i should do... i don't think i can afford a doctors visit because i'm living from paycheck to paycheck and a visit complete with x-rays and one of those scan thingies is gonna come up to 1000 bucks... maybe more. i really don't know what to do.

How old are you, i'm guessing you're not on your parents insurance anymore?

You may have to go to a specialist of some sort.

Yeah, I'd go to a pulmonary specialist if I were you, since your in texas you should try to go to Rice, becasue I know they specialize in those things. What has your personal doctor said about it?

Not trying to sound like a hippie, but Natural Cures are for real. My aunts dog was supposed to die because of some tumor the doctors said they couldn't heal. Well, she went online and found natural cures for tumors. She made some concoction from the ingredients she was told to use from vegetebles and other things and injected the mixture into the dog's tumor. The tumor is completely gone now and the dog is healthier than ever.

I would by a cure book or do some searching online. There could be a simple solution to your problem. I doubt it though since it has to do with the lungs.

I seriously doubt bong hits are going to fix a problem like this. But weed is not bad for your lungs it turns out. Read this:

thanks to all of you... to answer a few questions asked earlier: no i don't smoke and i don't plan on ever doing it, i'm 19... 20 in september, i don't have insurance anymore. i think as soon as i save up some money i'll go get it checked out. i don't think i'm dying or anything, my physician back in VA told me it was probably muscle aches in my chest... and he gave me naproxin... basically advil. it could also be from living in shitty dusty conditions for a few years back in my old house. after a year there the symptoms started. i'll let you guys know what's up when i get it checked out.
