i think its pretty big for americans, not politically though. i think its big because for some americans, the families of the victims of 9/11, this brings a form of closure. does this change anything major about the war on terrorism? probably not, but his death is symbolic for many americans.

everyone is praising obama about this, saying he made a gutsy decision. but everytime you hear about a drone blowing up the wrong house it could of been an attack on osama, it's not like they are going to tell you all of the details when the missions mess up
