Is anyone here into backpacking? Like... long trips?

I've done it once a long time ago and I've been thinking about getting some gear and doing it a bunch. I think it'd be cool to do week-long trips

Nothing's wrong with it, it's just more rewarding to go for a few days-week with everything you'll need right on your back and walking miles from everything

Try the Black Hills. Very beautifyl territory. I go backpacking in the Hills for a week every summer.
