it varies in my family, my grandparents are probably the strictest on it. they wont eat eggs, but milk is straight. my mom will eat eggs, but only in like cake and baked goods, not straight up. my dad eats only chicken and fish. my sister eats everything but pork and beef. and i eat everything. i used to not when i first came to america, but i really dont believe in the whole eating meat affects you in the afterlife thing, and neither does my dad so we dont really follow that too heavily
Indian restaurants are the best because they have so many different delicious dishes that are just vegetables. If there was a utopian afterlife, for me it would be a giant Indian buffet and I would never get full.
