What the fuck is wrong with me, so this girl that I really like at work...well this is what she said to me

"How come you don't talk to me?"

And I fucking stumbled to come up with answer, I said some bullshit or whatever and left. Then she tells one of my co-workers "Is he mad at me? Do I tease him too much (well because shes always trying to get me mad as a joke, but doesnt work)?"

I don't what the fuck to do, and I just get so weird around her. Like I feel if I don't look like my absolute best, I'll try and avoid her.

Well. Yeah there's not really much you can do, I'm gonna be honest. As long as you think there's some sort of pressure on you to make a move, you're going to feel like you're being awkward around her. I guess your best bet would just be to accept her as a friend for now, and just don't stress anything past trying to maintain a playful friendship with her.
And if there's more that's meant to happen, it will unfold naturally as you get to know her more, but you're not really in a position to make anything happen, y'know? Unless you're some sort of Rico Suave, and it doesn't seem like that's the case with this girl.

Learn from my mistakes. Be confident. I know how you feel, if you read that thread above you can see no matter how many times people said be confident or be yourself, it never seemed to work. I couldn't help but be insecure and nervous, judging every step i made and every word that came out of my mouth. It is just something that will grow out of you. It will grow a lot quicker if you just realize what YOU want and through down everything and engage this girl.
If you really get this nervous over a girl then there is also a side of you that will get motivated to get this girl.
