We hate you too. It's the people that are fucking retarded that go to lenders and brokers with shitty credit, with judgements and collections, debt ratio's above 50% wanting a house they can't afford, and getting an adjustable rate mortgage or a stated income loan and then getting over their head, repeat repeat repeat and then you have huge companies like Countrywide, and Washington Mutual that have either come close to bankrupture or have actually gone under completely. People are too cocky and try to borrow way too much money these days....when they hardly have a dime to their name, but are self employed, and think "hey I'll buy a $500,000 house today" These lenders set ridiculous guidelines for obtaining a mortgage..I cant even begin to go into what I used to sell people when I brokered loans....People arent doing anything right now in Real Estate, even though it's a complete Buyers market, especially that house values are down. This 700 Billion bail out will get people confident in the economy again and the market will start moving again, it wont be back to where it needs to be, but it will be much better than it is now.

I forgot to mention the Regulators who weren't doing there jobs overseeing these large companies selling ridiculous products to homebuyers. Those guys caused some of this too.
