Re: Yo Jim
well a bit better than that... 51k actually plus benefits.. Not the greatest but I'm happy with it for now considering I only got my associates. Still probably much more than you'll make in the next 5-10 years.logosteel wrote:Sam wrote:Jordan311 wrote:enjoy more debt and not getting a job after you graduate.

Anything better than your 20K bullshit job. Jordan this discussion is between two individuals who are exchanging distinctive assessments. No one mentioned anything about settling after a debilitated two year degree at a feeble college.
Go listen to 311...
thats probably because she doesnt care about you. Or she's too busy sucking her professor's dick to get a good grade.logosteel wrote:My sister is doing lawschool...And Jim is right your social life takes a huge hit. I barely see/talk to her anymore at all. I'd say do it, she is loving it so far. These silly nags be trolling ya.

Thanks for the troll jordon. Get aids please and die
Re: Yo Jim
It's despairing that Jordan submits such degradation to a thread of intellectual capacity. This thread once promised reputable conversation about employment and opportunity. Let's not let this dimwit spoil the consulation. What is everyone's dreams?

But back on topic. Dreams? I always wanted to be a part of radio specifically talk (yeah odd). But talk radio took a huge dive right as I was going to college and all of my contacts at clear channel got "let go". So tossed that one out. Worked BS retail for years and finally landed a Federal IT job. Love it. Got a great job, great wife and beautiful daughter. Also all in the same year got a house and 2 new cars. I really am at a great point in my life. Couldn't be happier.

Re: Yo Jim
I always wanted to live and travel in several different countries...
I graduated with a 4 yr degree (Adverting/Marketing) in 2004, and worked for 4 years as an Account Mgr/Business Dev Mgr at a small IT Outsourcing company. But I had always wanted to travel and live in some tropical place. And I came to visit my older brother who lives out here in Thailand. And I wanted to stay out here for awhile so I found this job teaching at a Japanese Company, I thought it would be temporary. Now, I thought I would only be here for a year or two but now it's nearly been 4 years!? I have less than half the cash flow as in the states but it's cheap and I'm renting a nice condo w/pool and what not.

I write that way naturally. I guess I have to work on cutting that down. When I look at it, I don't see any big words though.
