moral issue

alright so last night i went to unc to go party with some of my friends there. well one of their friends is a girl i've been eyeing for a very long time. (i've actually posted a picture of her way back when), well she finally broke up with her boyfriend about a month or so ago, but soon after her and a good friend of mine, who didnt know i liked her, started "talking" well, she wants a relationship, he doesnt. so it kinda fell through, but they still "talk" and she still likes him and vice versa. well last night we were hanging out and she got drunk and everything, and was holdin on to me the entire night, like wouldnt let go. and then boom, kissed me. i pushed off and prevented it from happening again cause the guy shes "talkin" to is a good friend. and then i found out from my best friend she (girl i like) went up to her (best friend) and said something like "dont tell jimmy i like jake" because shes gonna try to make jake jealous. so im kinda confused on whether i can pursue anything with this girl, and on whether i should tell jake about all of this. what do you guys think

she seems like one of those shady girls who plays games. i'd stay away and tell your friend too unless u just wanna hook up with her.
