The minimum sentence in Minnesota for 9lbs is 5 years and a $10,000 fine.

Anything could have happened and minimum sentence stuff doesn't mean shit. Just let your lawyer say hello to the prosecutor.

i dont think you got the law read correctly. You can't have a minimum sentence. it's unconstitutional. They're called Guidelines.

it depends, my old roomate got busted with 14 plants, a half a kilo of coke and 150 rolls and he didn't even get formally arrested because they were building a case against the guy he got it from. he somehow slipped through the cracks
