guys... i need help

i haven't been this down and out in a long time... scratch that, Ever. I hate that a woman can make you feel so much pain and sadness. It really sucks. I guess I'm just not used to this. I mean, I've only been in one serious relationship in my whole life. Kinda suck they way things played out and i guess there was really nothing I could do. I tell myself it's not the end of the world but it doesn't really help. Maybe I'm just being a douchey little crybaby. I dunno. I just want to move on. so.... any suggestions?

Just to let everyone know, i dont hate Stephen he's a really good guy. And i tell him he could get anybody he wanted,he just thinks differently. And i hope he still wants to be my friend whenever he's ready.

Its hard not to dwell, love or emotions can really make you feel like shit. Working out is a great outlet. Rebounding with another female is also a good way to start to bring yourself out of it.

working out sounds like the best idea to me. a girl would be nice, but i'm in no hurry for that. i really just need to focus on getting things straight in my life before i go looking for another female. plus i wouldn't mind droppin a few pounds of fat and gaining a few in muscle
