my car had a boot on it

i fuckin woke up tihs morning and smoked my bong and looked out the window and saw a fuckin boot on my car. they fuckin impounded my shit for unpaid parking tickets, they made me pay 61 fuckin dollars to get it removed. I"M FUCKIN PISSED!!! GRRRR

i never have had any parking violations either (unless you count those $90 worth of tickets i got), but i still knew what it was....now that i think about it though, im not really sure how i know whwat it is

sometimes if you park illegally or something, instead of getting your car towed, they just stick that little gadget on it, and you have to pay to get them to take it off + for whatever reason its on there
